🇺🇦 🇷🇺⚡️— Ukraine announced the first combat use of the domestically developed FP-7 Pelican ballistic missile (~200 km range, 150 kg warhead, Mach 4.4).
Zelensky cited it in overnight strikes on the Kapotnya refinery in the Moscow region. However, given the missile's limited 200 km range, it likely hit closer targets while long-range drones struck the refinery. The longer-range FP-9 (~855 km) remains in testing.
