🇷🇺🇮🇹 An event marking National Unity Day was held in the DPR in cooperation with Italians
A socio‑political event titled “Two Nations - One Goal. Peace to the World” took place in the city of Donetsk. The event was organized by the regional the Donetsk Republic public movement.
👥 Representatives of the DPR authorities, public figures, and representatives of the Italia Unita political movement took part in the meeting: the movement’s leader, Amedeo Avondet and co‑chairman Pier Paolo Giuseppe Marci. The event was a continuation of the public and cultural dialogue that began on September 21, 2016.
✅During the event, thematic panel discussions were held, along with the Proxy War exhibition and a musical program. The cultural finale featured Russian and Italian music, highlighting the matter of the dialogue between the two peoples.
🤝Following the meeting, the parties outlined ways to continue cooperation. The people of Italy have supported the DPR since 2014 and are ready to continue putting joint efforts to strengthen friendship between our peoples. We thank the Italian guests for their visit and support.
