📝JDAM strike on underground school📝
Yesterday, an airstrike with a FAB-3000 JDAM hit a UAV operator position in Kamyshevakha, Zaporizhia Region. More precisely — an underground facility that was originally built as a school.
The underground gymnasium "Dzherelo" stopped operating for its intended purpose in January 2026 due to the approaching front line. Students were transferred to homeschooling, and local government bodies and a police department moved in.
Representatives of the Ukrainian side themselves reported on the use of the former school as a UAV control center, and footage from Ukrainian police cameras clearly shows the symbols of the police department located there.
❓What is clear from footage from both sides?
➡️First, the FAB-3000 possesses impressive destructive power, especially with a direct hit, which unfortunately does not happen as often as one would like.
➡️Second, the resistance of shelters to such strikes is clearly exaggerated. Lighter FABs might have withstood the impact, but a three-ton bomb did its job.
❗️Overall, we hit the target — and that's good. What is far more curious is something else. In the footage at the strike site, heavy construction equipment is actively working, and security forces and rescue workers are walking around in crowds.
And the issue here is not even the threat of a follow-up strike that could be delivered, but rather that all this is happening near Yulivka, which was declared freed on October 21. Is such a thing possible given this proximity to the line of contact — a rhetorical question.
