🇷🇺🇮🇷⚔️🇺🇸🇮🇱 Just hours after Trump stated publicly that Russia was doing “little” to assist Iran, Moscow confirmed its full backing for Tehran, with Foreign Minister Lavrov calling Iran’s struggle a “just cause.”
Speaking on Monday at a joint press conference in Tehran alongside his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said he was confident that Iran’s cause, like Russia’s, was a just one.
Lavrov accused Washington and Israel of initiating what he termed an unprovoked military campaign against the nation while reiterating Moscow’s pledge to keep supporting Tehran.
