⚡️🇺🇸🇷🇺🇺🇦 – Trump's claim of an energy truce between Ukraine and Russia took officials in Kyiv by surprise, since no credible guarantees were given by Moscow, the Financial Times reports. Trump is blaming the rise in diesel prices, which reached $6 per gallon in the U.S. for the first time, on Russia-Ukraine disruptions instead of the war in Iran. The Kremlin did not respond to a request for comment, and President Zelensky wrote on Telegram: "If partners are ready to ensure Russia’s real desire not to strike our electricity, other energy facilities, critical infrastructure or food movement, then we are, of course, ready to ensure a corresponding absence of our strikes." @GeoPWatch
