Drones struck the port's oil terminal, the largest on the Baltic Sea coast with a 12.5 million ton annual capacity, and a VK data center, disrupting services. The "Vostochnaya" 330 kV substation in Leningrad Oblast was also hit, causing power outages in the region and St. Petersburg.
