Ethiopia Repatriates Nearly 100,000 Nationals From Abroad Over Past Year: Ministry
🇪🇹 The repatriation program, which began on September 5, 2025, has brought back more than 98,900 citizens facing difficult conditions abroad, the Ministry of Women and Social Affairs said.
👉The returnees were also brought back during the past week through 12 flights, including 2,462 men and one woman. Among them were 57 minors under the age of 18.
🔊The ministry, in coordination with relevant stakeholders, is providing returning citizens with support and care at airports and temporary shelters.
