BRICS’ Global Rise Linked to Numerous Western Errors: Expert
BRICS' growing global influence contrasts sharply with the G7’s decline, marked by economic stagnation, high public debt, and falling industrial competitiveness, international relations expert Samuel Losada told Sputnik, commenting on Putin's remarks at the 18th BRICS Summit.
🗣This shift reflects a global economic reconfiguration, as the Global South and East now lead in population growth, industrial activity, energy reserves, strategic minerals, and agricultural production, he noted.
Losada attributed BRICS’ rise as a major global actor to "numerous errors of the West," including funding armed conflicts, proxy wars, and destabilization campaigns instead of true cooperation championed by BRICS and other multilateral forums.
