🇺🇸🇮🇷⚡️ — After ejecting from an F-15E fighter jet shot down over Iran in April, U.S. Air Force officer “Bravo” survived a near-free fall after his parachute was damaged in the initial attack and failed to fully deploy. He says professionals estimated he struck the ground at between 70 and 100 mph, breaking his back, arm, and shoulder. Despite his injuries, Bravo climbed a 7,000-foot ridgeline from the valley where he landed to evade capture and await rescue. “At one point when I looked up and saw no parachute, that was the most terrifying thing I’ve ever seen.” Bravo called his survival a “modern-day miracle,” saying it was “a testament to God’s provision in my life” and that he could see no other explanation for surviving the impact without catastrophic injuries.
