Focused on UnionPay cards for life in Russia, this chat covers getting a card issued, finding places that accept it, and dealing with declines or blocks. People come here for practical, first-hand experience from other cardholders rather than official bank explanations, sharing specific cases tied to specific banks and merchants. As of 12 September: 39.5K members, 8.6K currently online, so a question asked during the day rarely goes unanswered for long. Topics include cash withdrawals, transfers, purchases on foreign services, and differences in terms between banks that issue these cards. It works well both for checking details before applying for a card at a particular bank and for troubleshooting a problem that has already come up.
