🇦🇪🇮🇳 FLYDUBAI: The pilot who was stabbed in the cockpit today saved the situation by unlocking the door while fighting for his life. The cockpit door stays locked during flight to prevent hijackings, so he consciously unlocked it after being stabbed while fighting. This allowed the cabin crew and passengers to intervene. If he hadn’t, NOBODY could have entered the cockpit. The plane was already descending … it would have been over. 🇦🇪🇺🇦🇷🇺 A RUSSIAN AND A UKRAINIAN SAVED THE DAY After much confusion, it turns out a Ukrainian and a Russian pilot were on board the FlyDubai plane. Both took control of the plane and landed it after the second pilot attacked the captain. Both are pilots who were flying as regular passengers in civilian clothes.
