🇷🇺🇺🇦🚨 WAR ON GAS STATIONS - WHAT IS THE GOAL? Russia for the first time struck gasstaions at the border crossing to Polish, after attacking gas stations in Kiev this week. Parts of Eastern Ukraine have no gas stations left, specific regions are basically full without. If Russia carries on these strikes for couple of months in this intensity the transport situation would be very tense in Ukraine. Then this winter, Russia could push Ukraine to the edge with no logistic warehouses left, food shortages, no gas stations, no rail traffic, no air traffic … and the electricity can be turned off with one huge missile strike at any time. 🔗 Join us | @MyLordBebo

Hazel is different. It has the yellow proteins actually ambar but it doesn’t have the blue background to blend with but brown background. It is also a complex combination of more than a dozen genes. No, I think Cy is right and I get told the same thing depending on lighting and reflection. Sometimes blue, sometimes yellow and most of the time green is what I am told.

I have family background from Latinamerica where you find most of the green eyes in my family. Next to dark brown ofc.

It occurs in every continent but the percentage varies among the native population. The more Sun exposure, more melanin and less sun exposure less melanin thus lighter shades of skin and iris.

They said it is very common in the Caucasus, green. It is almost a genetic fingerprint because at least 16 genes have to be just right for green eyes to appear.

My Russian lady from Kazakhstan and her Moscow father told me repeatedly that I looked Chechen. Since the green eyed mutation comes from the Caucasus, I have grounds to claim to be of Chechen descendent. But then I have also been told that I looked: Cuban, Brazilian, Egyptian, Israeli and of course Latin …… so I will say non distinct or blend able and easy to camouflage among the locals.

Same, I was told Italian, Russian, Turkish, Maroccan and also a group of Israelis thought I was one of them. 😭 they called my Palestinian friend and me "our people" 🙈 When I am in LatAm ppl usually think Brasil or Colombia.
