'System Has Not Worked in Africa's Favor,' Financial Expert on Debt Crisis
African countries "find themselves today financially dependent" due to a combination of government mismanagement and Western institutions lending money that end up "enriching the people in power," Aly-Khan Satchu told Sputnik Africa.
