- Такое наблюдение: всё чаще при поиске специалистов клиенты стали запрашивать кейсы релевантные их конкретным задачам. Ещё недавно заказчику было достаточно увидеть в проектном резюме, что специалист работал с нужной конфигурацией. Теперь этого уже бывает мало. Например, мы прорабатываем сейчас запрос от реселлера на специалиста по ЗУП. И от кандидата требуется не просто опыт с этой конфигурацией, а минимум пять лет работы с кадровым учётом и формированием электронной отчётности в конкретном сегменте. И это не требования для финального выбора. Если у специалиста нет такого опыта, его не допускают даже до технического интервью. За последние полгода такая практика стала для нас почти регулярной, поэтому кейсы очень важны. Это объясняется общей тенденцией к повышению эффективности при тех же бюджетах: заказчики снижают риски и становятся более требовательны. Согласны?
